you understand that as this centre has paid The Learning and Skills Office, which gives it access to The Learning and Skills Office Learning and Assessment Platform , any certificate achieved by a user of the Learning and Assessment Platform belongs to this centre
you understand that it is at the discretion of this centre whether a copy of any certificate you achieve is issued to you (or shared with another centre you may work with)

The Learning and Assessment Platform, the learning and training resources, support materials, assessments and tests and all intellectual property contained within cannot be used for commercial gain.

Legal action will be taken against any centre/anyone who uses The Learning and Skills Office’s Learning and Assessment Platform or its content for commercial gain.

The Learning and Skills Office website and Learning and Assessment Platform will be updated from time to time and we may change, or remove content, at any time without notice.
